The title for our blog came from the saying "thinking outside the box", which means to think differently, unconventionally or from a new perspective. "Enjoy your choices and enjoy what you do. Never let a day go by without being thankful for the fact that you get to be here in the first place." White Christmas??

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.......(think of the song as you read it)

I keep waiting for that lovely white stuff to arrive......but we only have two more days until Christmas and I'm starting to feel doubtful!

We were skyping with Doug's parents last weekend and as we looked out the window we saw hope that we might have a White Christmas. Everything was turning white has the sky dropped.....not snow but HAIL! It took us a few minutes to realized it wasn't snow. It was accumulating pretty fast.

 Now today, only two days before Christmas, our grass is as green as ever. It's not raining like it did all day yesterday, but the only White Chritsmas we'll be seeing outside our house is this......

My lovely flowers STILL in bloom!

Not looking good for a White Christmas in Pennsylvania either. My grass is green, but no flowers in bloom.
