Ella has been walking more and more and I am a bit behind in this post. She will walk all over the house carrying just about anything as well as babbling the entire way (but we don't mind one bit). She has been an awesome little girl since she started walking. She doesn't get into much of anything (now that I said that I will have to knock on wood), so we feel pretty lucky.
She even enjoys walking around when we're out and about. While she doesn't insist upon it yet (but I'm sure it won't be long), if we happen to let her out of the stroller or down from our arms, from then on out we'd better be prepared to let her walk. It's much harder to get her NOT to walk once we have let her. Just last weekend we went to a Christmas show that had all kinds of Christmas trees and decorations on display. Our neighbor Esther was going with her daughter and niece Kim. Kim just turned three years old in November and LOVES Ella. Ella has become quite fond of her as well.

About Us
- The Wilcox Family
- The title for our blog came from the saying "thinking outside the box", which means to think differently, unconventionally or from a new perspective. "Enjoy your choices and enjoy what you do. Never let a day go by without being thankful for the fact that you get to be here in the first place." Hopefully this blog will help family and friends to stay a little closer to us even though were thousands of miles apart; as well as to share in our trials, daily life adventures and traveling experiences.
